Before you can apply to use our On-Line Services, we must ask you to read & accept the following Terms & Conditions of Use, then click on accept link at the bottom of this page.

On-Line Services are provided and maintained in co-operation with our primary software house, Forward Computers Limited, a company with whom Laser Transport has been associated for over twenty years. On-Line Services is only available for our European Road Services & our Customers or Principals based in the United Kingdom.

All data is stored securely on our Central Computer Systems and can only be accessed by a party that has a direct interest in the consignment(s); that is you MUST be the principal and/or with the principal's permission be the consignee or consignor; or be the principal's authorised agent/service provider. In certain circumstances our agent(s) and/or overseas partner(s) will also have access to consignment(s) in which they have an interest and/or are providing part of the service and/or are operating Joint Services in conjunction with Laser Transport International.

The consignment details and status/events which will be visible to external users, will, within reason be tailored to meet the principal's or agent's requirements and will also include any diary entries, if and when these are deemed to be of importance to the principal or agent, such as extraordinary delays in transit or service etc.

Initial consignment details and status changes/events will normally be visible within a few minutes of the consignment being first booked into our system and/or as events are recorded in our main system. Unless otherwise agreed, individual consignments will only remain visible to external users for a maximum of 90 days from the date the consignment is first booked into our system.

On-Line Services makes extensive use of Java and other related browser technology. Therefore, in order to use our On-Line Services you will need Microsoft's Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or above. Other popular browsers should work, but we recommend the use of Microsoft's Internet Explorer Version 7.0 or higher, for which the service has been optimized. You will also need to enable "cookies" in your WEB Browser software, otherwise you will encounter problems in moving around the system.

Principal's and/or other parties who are given access to our On-Line Services undertake to take all reasonable precautions to keep their Customer ID, User ID, and Password secure and to ensure that these details are not passed to other organisations without the prior written permission of Laser Transport International Limited. Where the principal or agent suspects that their Password has been compromised, then they should immediately contact our Webmaster by e-mail  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by telephone on +44 (0)1303 260471 in order that a New Password can be issued.

Whilst we will endeavour to make sure that On-Line Services are constantly available for access, there will be times when the service may have to be closed for maintenance and/or access may not be possible during times of abnormal or peak demand.

Laser Transport International Limited also reserves to right to decline applications for access to it's On-Line  Services and/or withdraw access to it's On-Line Services, without giving a reason or where we suspect that the service is being abused.
